Processing + Shipping

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Orders + Changes

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.

Returns + Issues

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll take care of it.
