Returns
Due to the nature of skincare and body care products, we prioritize hygiene and safety. We do not accept returns on opened or used items.
We may accept returns on unopened and unused products on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
