Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods or product launches, processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, delays, or service disruptions. Once your order has shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an address is incorrect and the order is returned to us, we can reship it once the package is received, and additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you with filing a claim when possible.
