Order Tracking
Where is my tracking link?
Tracking information is sent to the email used at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not see it:
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Search your inbox for “Simply Sole” or “shipping confirmation.”
Tracking isn’t updating yet
That’s normal in the first 24–48 hours. Carriers sometimes take time to scan a package into their system.
My order shows “Delivered” but I don’t have it
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located:
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Look for delivery notices from the carrier.
- Verify your shipping address.
